Our Commitment to You
OroSpot’s Commitment
Significant jewelry purchases, such as engagement and wedding rings, should not be made hastily. Research and preparation will give you an edge in choosing the ultimate quality and value from any seller.
Diamond Certificate
Before buying a diamond ring, review its official certificate (the grading report). The certificate should be issued by a respected, independent diamond grading lab, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the American Gem Society Laboratories (AGSL). All loose diamonds sold by OroSpot come with grading reports from either the AGSL or GIA.
To learn more about diamonds and the grading criteria, visit our Diamond Education section or contact our representative at sales@orospot.com or (212) 380-1457.
Appraisal
If you want to insure the ring , a professional appraisal will help to determine coverage and ensure compensation if the ring is lost, stolen or damaged.
Return Policy
Ask about the jeweler’s return policy and review its terms and conditions. At OroSpot, we guarantee your full satisfaction by offering a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy.
After you order…
Once you make your choice, your ring will be set by a professional craftsman. The diamond and setting will be examined for quality assurance and assessed in order to create an objective appraisal of your individual ring.
